- EntreCampos project is part of “Operação Integrada de Entrecampos”, promoted by Lisbon City Council.
- “Operação Integrada de Entrecampos” comprises a public initiative part, promoted by the Lisbon City Council/Urban Rehabilitation Society, and a private initiative component, the responsibility of Fidelidade Property, which includes the area corresponding to the old ‘Feira Popular de Lisboa’ site and a plot on Avenida Álvaro Pais.
- The Public Initiative Operation includes affordable housing (PRA), the construction of social and cultural facilities, among others.
- Construction is already underway and is expected to be fully completed in the second half of 2027.
- Entrecampos is a real estate project promoted by Fidelidade Property S.A. – manager of the Fidelidade Group’s real estate assets, with assets all over the world.
- The project is being developed by Fosun Hive Iberia and managed by Rockbuilding and Bovis from CBRE.
